Useful Questions To Ask Yourself!
These are some questions that I find useful to ask myself on a regular basis…especially if I am facing a challenge.
- What am I afraid of?
- What would I do if I knew I couldn’t fail?
- What is the worst thing I could do right now?
- What is the most loving (or wise) thing I could do now? (Please note – loving doesn’t just mean actions towards other people…loving also includes actions towards ourselves)
- What am I avoiding?
- How have I been courageous?
- How have I contributed to creating this situation?
- What is the worst thing that could happen?
- What is the best thing that could happen?
- What is my greatest weakness right now?
- What is my greatest strength right now?
- What sort of person am I being right now?
- What sort of person do I intend to be in the future?

Sometimes when I am feeling enveloped by a challenge, asking myself a set of balanced questions helps me to bring things back into perspective.
